    Imagine the horrific related party payments if Gennadi gets on the board, there will be a spotters fee to him for finding Lateral Pharma, there will be a deal completion fee and the list goes on and on. Do we really want to see how much Gennadi has made out of this vehicle? that will be a brutal wake up call to anyone who doesn't understand what it means when a "moneyman (XEC capital)" moves in on a vulnerable vehicle.

    Love to know where PVL sits on all this, but very safe to assume they are 100% behind Garner/Gittleson.
