    I think Minbos would have updated on the credit guarantee and Foskar discussions if they hadmeaningful updates to give. Seems likely the Credit Guarantee paperwork is stuck on a Angolan bureaucrats desk. And the Foskar proposal might not have progressed at all or might be on hold for any number of reasons.
