Chuck I am with on this one but only following the charts and the short direction of the stock. The charts could be showing a bottom around 4 to 4.5 but consolidation is needed. Any news would be good news. The deep water port they say it will be completed end of February 2025 but Minbos are saying that. Not hard to find out.
