    Utter bollocks. The port is being built, designed and financed by the Chinese. ( I hate to give them credit for it ) but it will be completed on schedule. I was there when I visited Cabinda last year and it is one of the larges construction sites I have been on, employing thousands,,,,,, and very impressive !
    I don't sit behind a desk dreaing up negative stories. I get out there and see things ! Boots on the ground !
