    I think its optimistic to describe the Carrino agreement as being 'held up' - it was announced back in 2023. Probably, if it was going to happen, it would have happened by now.

    Why did it not go ahead? The draft MOU included a proposed pricing mechanism (i.e., pegged to TSP), so I don't think an inability to negotiate that aspect of the deal was the reason. Possibly following the field-testing results, Carrinho concluded the product wasn't suited to their needs. This is just speculation but supported by Occam's Razor (the Minbos announcement at the time listed successful field trials as a precondition of the off-take agreement).
