    I stand by my claim that it's the most obvious answer.

    I haven't seen any statements from Carrinho on the results of the trial. And their opinion is all that matters.

    "Maybe Carrinho just don’t want to be tied down on a 7-year contract."

    This makes zero sense. Why would they have entered into a draft MOU and completed all the field tests if they weren't interested.
