    If current funding and offtakes dont eventuate in imminent future

    The consequences could be disastrous

    TH or Suspension like in 2024 imminent if Construction must be stopped

    Already seen 3 Capital raises in a row for survival - selling options act of final desperation for survival

    Shareholders will be wiped clean
