    Remember Hong Kong Jayson's $25m Debt Term Sheet offer and subsequent withdrawal

    That started this demise as ever since its been a disaster for funding

    Soon $25m will be paying overs for the entire company - if funding and pre conditions are not met

    Wonder where Jayson is - all we know is that he was short of cash when the 7c CR was tabled
