    "I wonder how Russian cheap oil to China will affect Angolan debt repayments."

    Who the hell cares what a couple of down rampers opinions about Angola's debt are when the actual trend proves you wrong and more reliable forecasts are that the trend to lower debt GDP is forecast to continue. Despite being proven wrong you persist with that useless opinion about cheap Russian oil.
