    Surprised no-one has mentioned the rising TTF prices (up 30% in past month and currently hovering around a 2Y high). At these prices, European fertiliser producers will be hurting and might need to shut down production, reducing the supply of fertiliser into global markets. Angolan policy makers will be aware of this. It underscores their original motivation in developing their own Phosphate resource.
