A lot has been said about the off takes. And I agree the failure to make a deal has been at the crux of Minbos many problems over the past 18 months. But there are two other matters that I think deserve as much discussion:
Credit Guarantee: We are now into the third month of waiting for this to be confirmed. The BAI money will not be forthcoming without it. Recently, Chuk implied that Credit Guarantee would not be offered without an off takes being confirmed. If this is true, what are the implications for Minbos?
Construction progress: By now, we should be well and truly up to the concrete pour. But there has been no confirmation of such. No social media updates. No photos or useful information in the quarterly report. Are they still on track? Why are they being so secretive?
