No they haven't.
There was only one occasion, several years ago, when a broker called me to guage any interest in a cr. Before he said anything even about what stock he wanted to talk to me about or what it was regarding, he made it quite clear that I would not be able to trade the stock until after the news was announced and I had to agree to that first. I would certainly not risk jail time to act on that info. That was a broker calling me to discuss that, not anyone from Minbos. That was the only time I ever had a call from a broker (or anybody else) about a cr for Minbos before it went into trading halt.

On this subject of a PC for Bank Bai, I can say that I asked that question today and have been told that there is no offtake PC for Bank BAI. That fits in with the fact that no such PC was announced to the market, so it's hardly insider information - before anyone goes and claims that.
