Everything else you posted is pure speculation with absolutely nothing to suggest that would be the case.
Can you name even one example of Angola doing anything like what you suggest? I highly doubt it.
You are quick to accuse others of upramping when we discuss upside potential on likely outcomes based on ASX announcements but you are constantly posting negative, purely speculative unsubstantiated possibilities. That's straight out down ramping any way you look at it.
