    Following exact path that preceded the 2024 TH and Suspension
    and the 3 capital raises that one HC expert stated neither were required or necessary lol

    Up ramping here in 2024 was unconscionable

    80% drop from 2023
    and 50% down from 8.8c ramping in December 2024
