Actually, that is EXACTLY what the $13mill cash is for. The $6mill from the cr and options exercise is for Perth running costs and the balance that was from the SWF is for construction.

No one said the $13mill cash was for stage 2 or completing construction. That's what the two loans will be for. Who is doing the misleading here?
