Although we think of Cabinda being Angola, it is actually bordered to the South by DRC, there are no direct roads from Angola to Cabinda so most of the equipment would have to be barged in. With Lindsay's comment that mobilisation is done, it would seem that mobilisation was more to the timelines you stated.

In any case it looks like construction is fully underway now, I look forward to more pictures as the project progresses.
We should also get the tranche 2 investment from the SWF soon.
