Getting one Off-take from any of these will probably suffice, To Free up the loans ( BAI and IDC loans ) and allow Minbos to complete construction.

My understanding is, Bank BAI and IDC loans will only happen after Minbos have the ( acceptable to the Banks ) Off-Take agreement Singed.

Minbos management must put the Off-Take agreement at the top of the must do now list..
All of us don't know, what or if anything Management is doing about the Off-take
