I've bought back in to hold a position in readiness for the imminent rebirth announcement.
Points for resilience to both PER and the long term holders though. The reason PER has a future is because of the significant cash holdings.
im confident though, this is the lowest we'll see PER for the remainder of the year. Being 'back on the rails' with progress on a new drug will see us moving forward.
I'd expect others will soon be taking a position in readiness for the incoming announcement.
