The key point at the moment is actually in PVL's quarterly, there was absolutely no mention of PER, confirming that their bid for control is over. Their position in PER is waaaay too big for the size of PVL, so they will need to rightsize it. I'm guessing they have 55 million shares to sell 8.5 or better.
