Not if but when as stage 1 is delayed for obvious issues in Sweden and Site Inspections but stage 2 remains on track and demand is for greater expansion in Stage 3 by over 300%.
I would not be surprised to see stage 2 to become stage 1 and Stage 3 becoming 3 times the size with committed financing via a JV in subsidiary of say 50/50 equity and fully financed. 50% of a fully funded US3 billion NPV Project is still one massive share price increase.
Some really big names could be in on the JV
The quality of the financiers will speak volumes for a complete rerate of good old NPV - WG eat your heart out.
