FIRB decision covers both stages 2/3...Zijin can't invest more in XAM post stage 1. Hopefully FIRB decision forthcoming in September...hopefully somebody pushing some paper around there over at FIRB.
While it might be risky, there's a significant valuable gap out there that needs closing up.
