It says quite clearly in Appendix 5B 2nd Quarter 2025 Financial Year so that is before the end of this calendar ear, not February 2025.
It says funding is being put together in the same section of the report, and given the amount that is on call from Sonangol I assume it will be from them, given it also says incrementally. I would assume this would be as needed to complete drilling of production wells. I would not see why there would be a need for a capital raise with these funds available.
