It has been rumoured it is to IPO around $80 - $120m USD
Nva will dilute down to around 65% - at the low end of the spectrum NVA's holding will be worth in the vicinity of $50-55m USD..
I believe once more ground-work is completed (such as drilling, studies, etc) I have seen estimates of SLR being worth between $300m-$800m USD
65% valuation at the low end of the spectrum = around $200m USD
NVA cannot sell their share for 180 days i believe from the listing so will have to take that into account regarding future raising, etc.
