    TBH thats alot of staff and office expense for essentially a handful of MAY funded meet-and-greets with govs and stakeholders.

    Granted there has been some opex spending, but FFS it just looks like the whole project is on the backburner for a slow boil.

    Looks like showtime is postponed for the start of April.
