Nothing much to see here.
Needed to disclose combined funds for accounting purposes.
They probably have ~$6m in the bank for NVA once SLR is excluded.
Quote from page 6 of the quarterly: "Early estimated cash outflow for the next half year is $5.5m, subject to staged exploration program and design".
Based on those 2 data points NVA will need to CR in the first half of the year which was very much expected.
Personally, I'm excited to get the CR out of the way and have a nice clean pathway onwards and upwards for the year. Pros and cons to doing a CR pre or post SS.
