Having a look at the notice 17/03/2016 bottom page 3, I would have to believe at some point on or after the vote 5/04/2016, not earlier, still leaves some thinking room and nothing has been easy or straight forward with CSD.

Cheques would have been in SPM's name for metals, all accounts one would believe as well, we were paying on behalf of SPM, I think it would be very messy taxation wise and all that goes with it to have no separation of the two Companies since the 2015 vote, there must be a line in the dirt where revenue becomes CSD's.

Agree we can only surmise, back to waiting on the Black & White.
