Cheques would have been in SPM's name for metals, all accounts one would believe as well, we were paying on behalf of SPM, I think it would be very messy taxation wise and all that goes with it to have no separation of the two Companies since the 2015 vote, there must be a line in the dirt where revenue becomes CSD's.

Agree we can only surmise, back to waiting on the Black & White.

I agree in what you are saying JS but this has been going on for many months now and they did notify that they are now using KPMG to do the paper work, now a company like KPMG would not take this long to finalise paperwork as they normally have a team of 4to 5 people working per case, on these types of transactions. So we just sit and wait again.
