So money is flowing in to rebalance what has been taken out of the oil fund, so like a line of credit, but it is payed not by CRs etc but by oil sales (or similar) etc
so it would be cool to see this table even if it is not on the books.
reckon if this is shown SP will be around 2.5cents for the new support base.
