"Summary
During the quarter the Company continued to fund its activities from a mix of proceeds from oil
and gas sales and working capital. Pleasingly the Company was able to fund its acreage high grading and trading activities without the need to raise additional capital by issuing new equity.
The Company is now looking to continue to concentrate its efforts around a number of very high grade operated DSU’s (including the Jewell Unit) in the SWISH AOI using its acreage
position to leverage into a larger holding through further trading and spacing and pooling
activities. Details of the Company’s oil and gas interests, capital structure and top twenty
shareholders are set out in the attached Appendices."
