I find it interesting that you purely look at a company from a SP perspective and not from a business perspective. The fundamentals are STELLAR and 2023 will bring the goods.

The stock is undervalued, the upside understated.

90% of the shareholders are retail holders, so it’s not surprising that this stock fluctuates based on sentiment from mum & dad investors.

We are building a company from scratch in a country that doesn’t have a gas industry. Let that sink in for a moment.

For anyone who can’t appreciate this or is too impatient, there are better stocks to put your money in at the moment. If anything, it’s the perfect time to pull your money out of EXR (I’ll buy your shares), invest in another business and ride that wave for 2 months, and buy back into EXR with your gains when things start rolling.
