It's all relative. But I still believe it's potentially in a death spiral driven by poverty, corruption and violence making it harder and harder to business.

The current power situation is accelerating that situation. This is not a thread about SA so, like you, I will leave it at that. But it is a reasonably significant supplier of many minerals (eg Vanadium) and a major supplier of others (manganese, precious metals, etc) so it's worth keeping in mind.
