Unfortunately it isn't that easy. There are rules around cash / projects etc that apply before relisting, and at the moment CRL might not be able to satisfy those rules. Normally, at this point, I'd almost consider this a potential write off. The difference here is the escrowed shares, which have value but aren't "cash".
