Shenghe would be the only logical buyer but why would they? they already control it through their stake and promise of funding.
Best scenario would be Shenghe decide not to fund development and walk away, but that's not likely, they already have this company in their grip with the promise of all feed stock.
They may delay their commitment to fund and allow the company to languish ever closer toward another retail raising, they are under no pressure and neither are Peak management.
