"During December 2024, Peak’s Executive Chairman, Dr Russell Scrimshaw (AM) and Chief
Executive Officer, Bardin Davis, spent several productive days at Shenghe Holding’s
headquarters in Chengdu, China, progressing discussions and legal documentation.
Peak also understands that Shenghe’s legal, accounting and technical due diligence
investigations have now been completed.
Once the final form of the transaction documentation has been finalised and executed,
Peak will provide an update to the market on the target timing of transaction completion
and a Final Investment Decision for the Ngualla Project."
