You do realise that SRT like most mining stocks on the sharemarket have to do quarterly reports.
The heading of the 5B clearly states:
"Mining exploration entity and oil and gas exploration entity quarterly report
Introduced 01/07/96 Origin Appendix 8 Amended 01/07/97, 01/07/98, 30/09/01, 01/06/10, 17/12/10, 01/05/2013 "
When SRT change their name and change to the non-mining sector (which they used to be in as Retail Star) they won't have to do these 5B quarterly reports.
If they fail to do quarterly reports the entity can be either suspended or fined. We should be glad that they have complied with the requirements of the ASX - not castigating them for doing what they were required to do.
It is really hard to please some people.
