Don’t think they are sailing too close to the wind without a working capital top up? Doesn’t leave much of a fall back position for unforeseen circumstances.... some BOD’s like to retain a certain cash on hand for peace of mind... normally their salary and expense payments for the next two quarters
If there is a shortfall my preference is for a loan facility but have a niggling feeling they may do a small interim capital raise if the SP gains a little traction...
