I think it comes down to this, for me anyway.

BRK is a long term hold. Know that when you buy in.
Management has said apologies for the short term pain and that's cool coz the money is being invested into the works.

SP annoying but wasn't selling anytime soon anyway.

The problem I've got is that many people say, including management, stick with it and in a couple of years this could be massive but at the same time business hasn't revealed what's going to happen after flames.

Yes 20 wells in 5 years but they are asking people to hold long term but not providing long term specific planning.
