Been thinking musing about this a while
Orion project:
or similar brings in the money to run the general operating expenses.
Smaller cost to grab some land, do work-overs and do a vertical if required
That way they keep increasing the acreage under their roof
Current AOIs:
keep them but reduce WI so reduce money required.
So reduce WI for one well or many
So in the end keep increasing acreage and
sell some as required
