A re-rate was definitely on the cards, still is, and always will be if BRK continue to perform with the OP where it is.
Given the behaviour of the BRK SP there isn't any FOMO happening. The disappointment and comments on the SP from the last ANN is a little premature IMO, I'm sure there are many potential targets for investors (insto's + majors alike) and will take some time at least to go through all the quarterlies.
