Good point Baggs. Doesn't feel like this the case though, judging by the recent purchase adjacent to Jewel/Flames. Black Mesa do seem to be on the money when it comes to buying land. Probably just hunting around and waiting for something decent, we have no idea how long they were working on that last purchase. I suppose as a little fish you gotta be smart when a well costs $8m+.

Would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in a continental recourses board meeting. I feel like none of us here really know inner workings of the game and what goes on behind the scenes. We have giants next to us like Continental who wouldn't even blink at a $200 mill land purchase.
