I'm only guessing but I assume being provided to stakeholders for review prior to submission may even include the EPA itself since we have been working in collaboration.

maybe they are going to give the additional info we have provided a quick once over to make sure they are happy before TMT announces to the market its officially submitted. I mean this is our third or fourth attempt so they should be pretty familiar with 90
percent of the info we have provided in the past. don't expect them to need to review the whole document everytime

I'm expecting end of this qaurter we are fully permitted.
