You are right Barney. The perfect example of the merry-go-round is VRX which after two years has just received ERD and should complete EPA in the next month. For those who don't know VRX they are mining sand. No huge infra-structure. No tailings dam. They also have developed a systems of replacing the overburden as they mine. No residual clean up required.
And they hired consultants, former EPA staff, to ensure the applications were properly submitted.
So if the EPA for TMT comes through in weeks I'll be more than delighted.
