I had a similar vision …. But it was of his secretary bringing him (Bill) the documents and the freshly brewed caffeine and saying “YES minister!”

Only it might not be Johnston who is the relevant minister doing the signing - he does mines and energy - so he does seem relevant .

But it’s Reece Whitby who is in charge of the Environment under the current WA government…
