Wishful thinking but not quite accurate Sabine. I'm guessing someone of your acumen knew this already and was just a 'dorothy dixer' to shed some light for the masses here who seem to be perplexingly grossly misinformed.
Of course this info is also pertinent to AVL holders whom are submitting their 1st (and hopefully last) ERD.
The ERD is not released for SH's until accepted by the EPA and published on the website for public comment.

IMO the constant blaming and slandering of the EPA on this forum for TMT's multiple inadequate ERD submissions is very poor form and an embarrassment to the company. This is TMT's last chance to get it right. 4th time's the charm.

have not seen you post on your favourite holdings for ages...you must be missing VA and overwhelmed by motor mouth GW

If you believe EPA is not to blame for SLOW process times.. I would love to read your posts on WHY AVL are not over the line yet with EPA given VA and the all star team did such magical work on their submissions... no have approvals yet ?

Just admit that you are a huge Vanadium Fan(which we all are) but do not really understand the TMT situation in terms of what it has and where it is
