Well, I don't own (yet) but I have to say, when in doubt with shells, it's a lot easier to rest in comfort knowing mgmt are loaded-up and have their money on the line with yours.

I'm guessing at least part of the recent price rise would be due to sniffs around the scene in Perth that a few projects are being looked at but that's pure speculation on my part.
