I think the drop in SP was not irrational. No update on number of acres acquired so market assumes that BRK are behind with their acquisitions. Vague cash flow information topped off with the unfamiliar business model and the sentiment left by the demise of RFE would leave the market a bit sceptical but as a long term holder I am not really concerned about this at the moment
