I think that free carry interest % may need to be increased (to 18% ?) - and GOT will let PEK ship to Teeside. Regulations stipulate a minimum 16% free carry interest... more cost effective to ship the concentrate to UK .. and less risk with plug n play systems in place. UK Department of Energy and Mining will hopefully be off-setting some of the cost, to attract PEK manufacturing into Teeside. UK processing facilities will also be more attractive to offtake customers, is my educated guess. DYOR
