Yep, that's about where I'd got to as well going from the reports. Monetise could mean a lot of different things and I'd concluded that it meant develop and sell based on what they seemed to be saying in their announcements.

The info that you've obtained from DP though is the missing link that I'd been looking for to clarify things. Handy to know that he's quite forthcoming with answers to questions. Thanks for sharing the results of your efforts in approaching him too.

I'm more encouraged about their business model hearing this. Definitely positive press.

For me the biggest issue with BRK is there are many layers to the onion, each time you peel you find another and associated with those layers can be nuances which are not obvious in terms of knowing what questions to ask.

In all honesty, they can do a better job of communicating those nuances because without context, content can be misunderstood .... and this has happened a bit too often, the latest being the confusion and angst regarding the 4 well program indicated in the march Spark Plus presentation.
