The share value I calculated includes the options b/c with or without the options the shares are worth the same... I included the options... market cap/(shares+options), and the options are worth 4c to share price.
cash from options $15,880,894.68
Partial Share value of options cash $0.04
So the only difference is with the options BAS gets a nice amount of cash (minus expenses) to play with...
