The next quarter needs to see concrete action - no promises, nearly, or very soon.

Really want to see things getting signed off permanently before we are down to one quarter of funding remaining.

If there is no EPA signed off in the next quarter, then questions should rightly be asked regarding turning dreams into reality.

All the recent 'ticks' - MOU's, Finance etc - aren't worth the paper they are written on until things actually get done.

EPA approval would be a great one to start with.

It's time TMT, lets get this done!
